Our Staff

Phillipsburg Child Care Center staff members are Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certified. All employees or regular volunteers are background checked, health screened, and trained to work with children of all ages per KDHE regulations.

Brooke Feik, Executive Director

Brooke is our executive director and lead preschool teacher! She grew up in Beloit, Kansas, but has called Phillipsburg home for 7 years now. After graduating high school, Brooke attended Fort Hays State University where she obtained her Bachelor of General Studies with concentrations in Child Development and Human Services.

She loves making an impact on young learners and she is very excited to be part of the PCCC family! 

Brooke is a mother of 3 littles, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, and baking. 

Kayla Moore,
Lead Caregiver

Kayla is our substitute lead caregiver! She helps at PCCC on school breaks as she also teaches first grade at Logan Elementary School.

Kayla has always enjoyed working with kids and is excited to help at PCCC when school is out of session! 

In her spare time, Kayla enjoys camping!

Olivia Hueneke,
Teacher's Aide

Olivia is trained to assist in all units and assists our lead teachers after school and on school breaks. Olivia enjoys listening to music and watching her favorite shows in her spare time. 

Alyssa Rogers,
Lead Caregiver

Alyssa is our infant teacher. She is a Phillipsburg native and is looking forward to planting her own roots right here in Phillips County. Alyssa is excited to serve our infants and watch them grow! 

Alyssa enjoys spending time with her newborn and husband in her spare time! 

Kaitlyn Freeman,
Lead Caregiver

Kaitlyn is a lead teacher who mainly serves our preschoolers. Kaitlyn is a Phillipsburg local and has spent time subbing as a para professional in the Phillipsburg school system. 

Kaitlyn loves spending time with children and is so helpful with our kids!

Lara Cox,
Lead Caregiver

Lara is trained to work with all ages but you'll mostly find her assisting in our toddler units. Lara lives in Smith Center and enjoys spending time with her loved ones in her spare time. 

Jessica Ehm,
Teacher's Aide

Jessica is also trained to assist in all units, helps after school and on school breaks. Jess lives on farm west of town and enjoys listening to music and binge watching Netflix in her spare time.

She is looking forward to graduation and moving to Colorado this summer.

Wysteria Corbett,
Lead Caregiver

Wysteria is our lead toddler caregiver! She grew up in Kensington with her large family and graduated from Thunder Ridge High School. She is currently pursing a degree in Early Childhood Education through Barton Community College online. 

Wysteria enjoys reading, and listening to music in her spare time. 

Jessica Chester,
Lead Caregiver

Jessica is trained to work with all ages and helps wherever she's needed! Jessica is also a Phillips County native. She and her husband raise horses and several other critters on their farm. Jessica stays busy by working as a crop adjuster and a substitute teacher in the area schools. 

In her spare time, Jess enjoys roping and being outdoors with her husband Patrick!
